The following document on the numbers of the Shadow Kin is long and full of lists and images……
as are so many pages on this website…
although there is no thing to learn or understand!
Awareness of ITs presence is all ….Awareness is the seed for you own relationship with It and I share my observations, my stories, as inspiration for your own…as I am in awe of the Tzolkin and everywhere and way I look, its magic is beyond comprehension.
To perceive anything through the lens of this Order, which ever way or field is relevant to you, can only ever expand your relationship within that field. I have (here) focused on the Tzolkin itself….and the ‘stories’ I share are merely illustrations of some of the infinite possibilities that exist and that we have limited ourselves from, on account of our desire to ‘get it’ rather than ‘flow with’ IT.
Attunement is a practise, an ever evolving door of amazement and ever evolving adaptive experience…..
Being aware that the shadow kin exist is the seed for your own ‘story’ of iT.
And that could not be simpler as the Shadow Kin number is within each kin of the Tzolkin….
It is the degree to which each kin moves.
eg; 219 moves to 139 -
139 is the Shadow Kin of Kin 219
The 4 numbers per kin are not ‘written’ on the Tzolkin ( single Kin Tzolkin),
and the Shadow Kin exist between the Kin numbers of the Tzolkin.
They could be considered as a ‘bridge’ between 2 Kin numbers of the Tzolkin.
This is another of the aspect of the Tzolkin that I refer to as ‘unseen’.
For ease of recognition, or to differentiate, the terms I use;
Single Kin Tzolkin - the current form of the Tzolkin
4 Kin Tzolkin - the 4 numbers per Kin number of the Tzolkin
Shadow Tzolkin - the 4 numbers between the numbers of the Tzolkin.
(‘Unseen’ refers to any aspects that we are currently, collectively, not aware of).
All are within the Tzolkin as we currently perceive it.
Each Kin of The Tzolkin opens a door to infinitely more….
Within each number of the Tzolkin are 4 numbers.
These 4 numbers symbolise ORDERED degrees of RELATIVE change.
The two dynamics, clockwise & anti clockwise move by QUALITATIVE degrees.
Each degree has 3 aspects ….
A function ( glyph, shape), an expression ( tone, size) and a location ( colour, quadrant).
The Kin symbolise what could be referred to as archetypal or totemic qualities.
They are living expressions of a power that determines all aspects of life.
Meaning is not fixed, it is always relative, collectively and individually.
Rather than a ‘thing,' and ‘event,' rather than a ‘block’ or a ‘step,' IT is change ITSELF.
An infinite, ever present self generative dynamic.
And this ‘change’ is ORDERED.
Symbolised by number and moving by degrees,
the Tzolkin symbolises the degrees of change that Order All Creation, All Life.
Referred to at times as Gods Word, Lore, The Way, IT exists Absolutely.
To follow ITs’ Way is to follow IT.
To embody ITs’ Way is to ‘be’ at one with IT
Sometimes alluded to by the phrase ‘unified theory’ or the concept of ‘syncretism’
IT is not a theory or Omnism, IT is beyond (or greater than) science or religion
IT is simply Logic, LOGOS.
Note, I realise that to even suggest that there is more to the Tzolkin than is currently perceived is challenging. …
let alone, that the practice of following IT will restore peace, although IT is all I am certain of.
The origin of this 260 ‘day’ cycle, 260 numbers, that the Maya follow is debated
although evidence suggests it predates the current era, possibly by several hundred years BC.
Archeologists, historians, mathematicians, astrologers, scholars…..
have undertaken extensive research formulating and revising hypotheses,
so that we may gain insight and understanding from their proposed theories.
However this Awareness IS NOT A THEORY…..
nor is it about knowing or having ‘defined’ meaning…It is about BEING….
BEING a living harmonic expression, attuned to a power so great, so ABSOLUTE….
from the heavens above to every biological process in our bodies,
IT determines ALL
As IT is both ORDERED & ORDER ITSELF.
My words are not enough to express its Presence, the numbers speak for themselves.
and the Shadow Kin exist between the Kin numbers of the Tzolkin.

Within each number of the Tzolkin are 4 numbers

The Kin ‘between’ Kin.
Just as the 4 numbers per kin are not ‘written’ on the Tzolkin ( single Kin Tzolkin),
there are also numbers between the kin numbers.

Note these degrees of change are not linear quantifiable measurements,
they are qualitative degrees of change which symbolised as number may be followed….
Twisting and snaking their Ordered Way…..
As 1 moves to 61 and then 2 moves to 62,
there is a movement, a change between the 61 and the next kin number which is 2.
This is what I have referred to as a ‘Shadow Kin’ and it exists between each Kin number of the Tzolkin.
Simply Logic,
Divine Simplicity.

desire to know….….To ‘pick the fruit off the Tree’ …..
To analyse and theorise the Tzolkin is miss the whole point.
What is known about IT or how IT is defined is incomparable to the experience of BEING attuned to IT.
Imagine wanting to learn how to play the guitar.
You acquire and read every book ever written on guitar playing and listen to every piece of music that includes a guitar…
although until you pick the instrument up in your own hands,
you can have no understanding of what it is to play a guitar.
The Tzolkin SYMBOLISES, as number, a power so Divine, so ABSOLUTE
IT exists beyond definition and analysis….
There are only 2 things that are important on this website,
the Tzolkin (4 kin) itself and the practice of following it, mind and body,
so that it may be expressed through us.
It is our being that determines experience, our response ability to that which exists Absolutely.
Anything and everything else on this website is purely for inspiration to illustrate ITs Divine presence.

Being at one with IT
A Practice of Beingness…..rather than having, defining, theorising …..
This is a new…for us, although The Way has always existed, no one made it up, or created IT.
IT is Lore
IT is The Only Truth, …
IT is the Order of All Creation
To embody it is to ‘under’ ‘stand’….
quite literally as when you look up into the night sky, you stand beneath it, watching IT in action….
Where ever and everywhere, in everything and any thing
you will see ITs’ face, ITs’ hand….
Theorising and documenting facts is incomparable to presence with.
There is nothing to learn…. Awareness is the seed, presence is the practice,
developing a relationship with constant change, that will constantly change….
We are the instruments, this is The Song of Creation and now is time for us to play.
How that sounds or what it looks like will be as varied as there are instruments in an orchestra,
however, attuned, the sound will always be harmonious and
I can only imagine it to be more than we could ever imagine or dream of….
To return to the Shadow Kin....
With awareness of this Shadow aspect of the Tzolkin, pretty much every observation or comment on this website could be viewed differently, whether that be through the lens of the Shadow Tzolkin alone or in combination of both Kin and Shadow Kin.
However I’ll limit my observations to a few … and limit my words
- there is no thing I could write that could ever reflect the AWE, the TRUST, the FAITH
that these numbers inspire in me.
Nor could their meaning for me ever be the same as for you. ….
All is relative, which includes meaning.

It may be helpful to consider the word waveform as a movement rather than a thing.
If we watch waves on the ocean, or approaching the shore, it is not possible to isolate one wave from another, as a fixed and measurable thing. What we see is movement, a change of shape, size and location…. The water, ‘moves in the form of what we refer to as a wave, although what we see is the constant movement of the water… and this constant movement is ordered.
To return to the numbers…

The pink section of the chart above illustrates in the 100 numbers that comprise the outer waveform of each Shadow Kin.
As the numbers are exactly the same as the inner waveform numbers of each Kin number,
it is logic that there will be a correspondence of some kind, as there is, for each Tzolkin Kin number.
That the numbers equate to one of 20 unseen,
and that
the pair of these numbers also reveal a further pattern of Order.
Or another way to describe, could be, these pairs of numbers illustrate other aspects of Order.
To recap….
The pink section illustrates the 100 unseen numbers of both
inner waveform Tzolkin Kin

outer waveform Shadow Tzolkin Kin.
The column 1 & 2 above = the 20 unseen to which these 100 reduce (there are 5 per each of the 20)
While I haven’t collated a (legible) complete list of this correspondence, the overall pattern is clear.
To summarise this point;
Each Kin number has an inner waveform
This waveform is symbolised by 2 numbers ( within the 100 unseen)
These 2 numbers equate to 111

Each shadow kin has an outer waveform
This waveform is symbolised by 2 numbers ( within the 100 unseen)
These 2 numbers equate to either - 89, 92, 110 or 178
These 4 numbers have a relationship with the 4 numbers that the outer waveform equate to.
( see further below - waveform totals)
Skip over this if it begins to sound like ‘Bert ate a pumpkin pie’ or ‘Judy wears a red shirt’….as in this moment I don’t have a way to share this observation in a linear way that we are accustomed to….and I write accustomed to not ‘programmed’ as I hear so often which suggests irresponsibility….

To follow the Tzolkin is, as poets have implied….is like a perfume that draws you and from which you could never turn your back…
137 is the 7th kin from 130
Consider the symbology of the 7 throughout antiquity in relation to ‘perfection’, the ‘perfected man’ Creation complete’…
And if 7 symbolises the clockwise, the outward, the male…137 symbolises the anti-clockwise, the inward, the female…
Some may refer to this as the Divine Feminine.
Find meaning relative to yourself and leave the questioning of a definition to mathematicians & physicists.... and if you are a mathematician or physicist, maybe begin the practice and let IT inform you.:)

and the Long Count Kin on both 11/8/3114 BC & 21/12/12….
List of correspondences could be infinite…. This website has no intention of proving IT’s Absolute Presence…..the numbers speak for themselves and your own curiousity will uncover ones that are relevant to yourself… I am only mentioning a few that relate to some aspects illustrated on this website…
And I would like to add that the above comment in no way judges one way of following Order ( Mayan Long Count or Universal Dreamspell) as better or more correct than another. All is Ordered and there are many correspondences that jump out as mind-blowing examples of IT's perfection regardless of the way in which IT is followed.
To discern differences is not judgement.
To judge is to divide, evidenced sufficiently by the many wars instigated over religion.
All religious texts are literal expressions symbolising this ORDER, this ONE GOD, written relative to a culture and a time at which they were initiated.
Judgement is the ultimate challenge for us, as it stands in the way of a unified experience of peace.

What I refer to as ‘degrees of relativity’ are simply the degrees of movement between two numbers.

‘This thing’ is not my working out, calculation or theory.
IT IS and I am merely sharing an awareness of it.
At this point I’m going to leave the observations.
Finding ways to participate with Order can only ever be relative to your practise and can only come from the practice itself.
There is no thing to learn, only presence with IT evolves an individual relationship with IT.
We are all individual threads of the fabric of Creation.
We all have unique relationships with IT.
Each and every one as worthy as another, as valuable as another…
I can not tell you
I can not give it to you
Only your individual relationship with It can ever inform you
That is the Absolute Divineness of Order.
